Mixed emotions about this pillow. I wanted to use this pillow more than I do but I only use it on occasion. While it is functional for its purpose, I cant always fall right to sleep or get totally comfortable using it. Also, I switch positions frequently and the pillow is not as comfortable laying on the back and definitely does not work for stomach sleeping. I do like when I want to support my neck that the pillow cradles your head and gives you a supportive feeling. As a side sleeper I do like that I am elevated enough to not put so much pressure on sleeping on my arm. I use it more when I want to remain mobile or while meditating, but for all night sleeping it didnt work well for me.

Update: The replacement is new & unopened. Pros: + Pillow is is the right shape for my shoulders. + Adjustable height. + Quality components & build. + Just the right firmness. + No bad or strong odor. Only a modest scent of fresh, clean foam. Cons: - The sizing for length of neck is too long for a petite size person or child. I subtracted 1 star for this. Note: I love this pillow but adjusting the height simply does not compensate for the shorter neck of a petite person or child. If they made a smaller size I'd certainly be 1st in line to try it. ************************************************* Previous review: I have requested a replacement. I hope the replacement that comes is actually new & unopened. Here's why: I received product today & opened the shipping box. The product box has an unbroken seal on the box. However, it appears that the box has been opened from the bottom in an attempt to keep the seal intact. The bottom is ripped and taped. The product box also appears to have water damage or is simply substandard in its manufacture. The product features listed on the box are translated to English by someone who apparently has a limited grasp of the language. Very unprofessional & instant turn off to product & company.

I never, ever thought for a minute I would find a decent pillow that didn't hurt my neck and/or shoulders. It's so nice to get up in the morning and not have a stiff neck or wake up a gazillion times a night with sore shoulder or arms going asleep. I tried 'em all! This works! I had no problem adjusting as this pillow felt much better than my old pillow. I sleep on the shorter side of the pillow as my neck is short and it works fantastic with short necks. I had problems before with sliding off my pillow at night, because the pillow was too full, causing my head to bend upwards, which results in a very sore neck in the morning. This pillow is just perfect. Didn't have to remove anything. So, if your neck is hurting, or shoulders, you need a new pillow. This is the one!

I bought the small size but didn't realize that the smaller sizing meant the armrests would be too narrow to use. The armrests on mine are barely 2" meaning my arm just slides off. Much smaller than what is shown in the video. I was excited that it had the hole in the middle because I suffer from ear pain as a side sleeper but the hole is too far from the edge, well above where my ear rests on the pillow. I suppose the hole is mostly to cradle your head or provide cooling, not ear pain relief. I still haven't figured out why the pillow has big and small wings as they don't seem to serve any purpose. However, despite all of that, I do find that the pillow provides good neck support for side sleeping if you use the straighter side. When I tried sleeping on my side with the sloping cervical support, it pushed my shoulder up making my neck curve uncomfortably. The sloping cervical support side works if I lay on my back but I can't fall asleep on my back so have to rotate the pillow to sleep on my side. I do wish the overall pillow was a bit softer as I wake up in the middle of the night feeling as if I am sleeping on a log and it is hard to resist grabbing my old squishy soft pillow and sinking into its comfort.

I constantly get hassled by strangers who ask if I am my sister’s mother. A sister who, by the way, is only 6 years younger so I pay close attention to things like creased facial skin from pillows. One of my top reasons for loving this pillow so much ( never a crease!). That and the fact that my tie and fold procedure with my previous pillows not only never seemed to last but would end up causing enough discomfort or pain for me to have to wake up and reposition my pillows. I couldn’t trust a regular pillow farther than I could throw it. But this pillow…oh my. It has earned my trust. My neck is perfectly supported (which is weird because I have had this pillow for two months now and don’t really have to interact with it other than to sleep on it). I have put writing this review off for quite a while and would have normally not added to the already large collection of 5 star reviews but am feeling a little guilt tug for the difference this pillow has made for me. And yes, I understand that anatomy differences might warrant different results but I just really wanted to say I love this pillow.

Helped me massively in relieving shoulder pain. So much better than a regular pillow and easily worth this price. Easy to take off the cover and wash as well.

This pillow is NOT adjustable as advertised and made the neck and shoulder problems even worse. Save your money!

There is a removable piece to reduce the thickness but it did not help. My head was way too elevated. I tried to stick it out in hopes that the discomfort was from residual pain from my previous pillow but it did not change. I eventually got a new pillow that I loved and then when trying to decide what to do with this one, I decided to give it one more try in case i had a change of heart. Nope. Couldn’t make it through the night. Maybe better for a taller person with a bigger build. I’m 5’3” and it was just too big for me.
