Is this pillow for both side and back sleepers?

It works well for me as a side sleeper, I can honestly say I haven't had neck/upper back pain since I started using this pillow a few months ago. Hope it works for you as it did for me!

How is this for both side and back sleepers?

This pillow is amazing for side sleeping. It gives great neck support for side sleeping!! I am a side sleeper and like to put my arms on the armrests. My arms no longer get numb when I wake up from a nap! This is the best memory foam pillow ever!!

What is the size of the pillow?

The length is 23 inches The width varies from around 12 inches to 14 inches The height where your head rests varies from 2.5 inches on the low side to 4 inches on the high side. These variations are helpful, because they give the individual the ability to choose the head and neck position that works best for them.

Does the pillow help with neck pain?

Yes, I think it will help neck pain. Since I used it, I don’t feel the pain I used to have with using other pillows. I don’t have to turn and toss try to find a comfortable position to sleep. I love this pillow.
