Excellent, much cheaper than the Opsite dressings I was ...
Excellent, much cheaper than the Opsite dressings I was buying to dress a burn from boiling water. Not waterproof, but at the price I paid I didn't mind putting a fresh one on every day after my shower. The adhesive was nice and strong, and the pad part did not stick to the wound. All in all, they seemed just as good quality as Opsite. Good size too, though be aware that the size stated includes the sticky part, so the actual padded part which will cover the wound is smaller...I'd say there is at least one centimetre of adhesive all around the pad, possibly a bit more, so bear in bind when choosing which size you need.

Steroplast- dimensions as described
Decent dressing. Came in box as illustrated. Size was as described. Came as a box of 25.Was Easy to put on. Can be slightly difficult taking off, adhesive on corners stick strongly and leave residue. Once you manage to get a corner off, the rest comes off relativly pain free. These are not waterproof.Overall good quality and value for money.

Easy to apply and remove
Easy to apply and remove. Stayed in place on skin until I wanted to remove it. Good quality product and price. Ideal to keep as a staple of the First Aid kit at home.

Stays on and doesn't drop off.
I had a sebaceous cyst removed on my back (top of shoulder blades) and trying to find an adhesive wound dressing that stayed in situ was a nightmare. Being hairy I had a friend shave the surrounding area and these stuck like a treat. I managed to keep one on for 3 days before a trip to the practice nurse for a dressing change. I take this with me as the ones the GP surgery use fall off instantly and, therefore, are not fit for purpose. I shower avoiding the dressing, so cannot comment on whether it is waterproof or stays on, but I do sweat a bit when I am out and this stayed on. Dead chuffed.

Larger than most normally sold on the high street
A larger version of those currently being used the largest of which, 7 x 6cm, was just too small for a current need. These "Steroplast 6806 Steropore, Adhesive Wound Dressing, 10 cm x 9 cm" will better fit the bill. It should be noted that, regardless of the overall dimensions, the centre pad is only about half that size. Not a size that will often be used, but worth adding to a First Aid kit for those few instances when one will be needed.

Good for routine use
Steropore dressings are a close runner-up to Mepore in my limited experience. These are good products, measuring 10x9cm overall with the central absorbent pad coming in at 6x5cm. Fine for routine use. Manufacturer states hypo-allergenic adhesive. My box, ordered September 2016 from DK Medical, has an expiry date of June 2021.

A Sticky Situation, And Yet Not.
Boy! When they stick, they stick! I am not looking forward to pulling off the one on my leg. Makes a (pleasant?) change to have a plaster that adheres so well.ADDENDUM:-I needn't have worried. The plaster came off clean as a whistle and totally painlessly. In fact, I've taken three off my leg now and haven't felt a thing; and you how hairy a man's leg can be. Yet they were still stuck as firmly as when I applied them. I don't know what magic formula is used for the adhesive, but it sure works! I can't stress enough how easily these plasters come off. Highly and unreservedly recommended.

Not as advertised but ok.
What turned up was not as advertised. Ordered Steropore 10cm X 9 cm wound dressing what turned up was Dermastrip 10cm X 10cm wound dressing! The product is ok but the Dermastrip dressings do have a bigger sticking surface area so the central pad is not as big as the Steropore dressings would be. The central pad on this is 5cm X 5cm.
