Failed after use in mp3 player
REVISED: I bought a fancy male to male 1/8 cord, cut one end off and replaced this one... it broke in less than a week. Apparently this jack is par for the course. Changing from 3 stars to 4 stars.ORIGINAL: I purchased this jack to replace a broken one on a pair of earbuds used for an mp3 player during workouts. After only a few weeks this jack failed. It seems like an mp3 player is a common enough usage that it should have been able to stand up to that wear. While troubleshooting, pushing and bending of the connection brought the audio in and out.
