I do not spend much time in the sun, and am experiencing some fatigue and musccle weakness which can be due to a lack of Vitamin D3. I researched and tried a couple of other D3 brands and was not pleased with them since both seemed to upset my stomach. Maybe it's just me - too sensitive, but when learning about this Triquetra brand I decided to give it a try. It has only been a few days, and I'm not taking an entire dropper full since that would be 5,000 IU's which, from wheat I've read, is 'way too much. So far I've only used 5 drops a day rather than the entire dropper full (I'm really cautious about taking anything new). Recommended amounts appear to be 600 to 800 IU's per day. More can be taken if there is a big deficiency in D3, but the 'experts' don't actlually seem to agree. For now, 5 drops is fine, but will add more eventually to see whether that helps. I'm also adding ubiquinol which is good for the heart. Two new things at once, so I'm going slow with both of them.

If you're someone who takes vitamin D supplements, this drop option is very practical. It's tasteless and easy to take daily. Because it's concentrated in oil, it's better absorbed. I've used all kinds of vitamin D supplements, and this is the best way for me to consume it.

I really enjoy the results of this product. I have no stomach issues. When I take it I feel more stability in my body. Even my chatbot says it's pure and it's a good choice.

My doctor advised me to increase my daily supplement from 1000 to 5000 as my levels were still deficient with the amount I had previously been supplementing with. Before this brand, I tried 2 other brands purchased and could tell they weren’t making a difference because my joints were starting to hurt again and also feeling more fatigued. I changed to this brand and am now on my second bottle and can definitely tell it’s working as I am feeling better overall. I regret that I didn’t have my D levels checked years ago because I now realize this deficiency was seriously affecting my quality of life. This brand is quality and it works!
