I do not spend much time in the sun, and am experiencing some fatigue and musccle weakness which can be due to a lack of Vitamin D3. I researched and tried a couple of other D3 brands and was not pleased with them since both seemed to upset my stomach. Maybe it's just me - too sensitive, but when learning about this Triquetra brand I decided to give it a try. It has only been a few days, and I'm not taking an entire dropper full since that would be 5,000 IU's which, from wheat I've read, is 'way too much. So far I've only used 5 drops a day rather than the entire dropper full (I'm really cautious about taking anything new). Recommended amounts appear to be 600 to 800 IU's per day. More can be taken if there is a big deficiency in D3, but the 'experts' don't actlually seem to agree. For now, 5 drops is fine, but will add more eventually to see whether that helps. I'm also adding ubiquinol which is good for the heart. Two new things at once, so I'm going slow with both of them.

I really enjoy the results of this product. I have no stomach issues. When I take it I feel more stability in my body. Even my chatbot says it's pure and it's a good choice.

If you're someone who takes vitamin D supplements, this drop option is very practical. It's tasteless and easy to take daily. Because it's concentrated in oil, it's better absorbed. I've used all kinds of vitamin D supplements, and this is the best way for me to consume it.

I have no way to tell if this product is working or not. What I like about it is it has the K2 with the D3, which is supposed to direct more of the vitamin D into my bones versus my veins or my arteries. I guess I'm going to get my vitamin D levels tested here pretty soon. So we'll see how this stuff works. Delivery is quick in everything comes in tact like I said , I have no real way to measure my review of this product until I get my vit D tested

Just started using it. Taste like coconut oil. Easily digested, no after taste. Would buy again!

I just started taking this supplement and I can’t believe how well it works. I am pleased with the liquid dosing and how just one full dropper brings such calm and happiness to my brain in seconds! I’ll continue using this when needed, and can’t recommend it enough to those who are interested in better mood control.

Excellent vitamin. My levels are fantastic. The k2 really helps with absorption. Love these!!

I take a dropper full in the morning and it helps my mood, grounded..I also take Magnesium Glycinate with it. Consistency is key. Will be purchasing again.
