So it looks like a cheap plastic thing but trust me, spend a minute exploring the different movements, pressures and textures. It is so insanely simple and they've covered almost everything! My issues are ADHD, rocking side to side, and picking my skin and my lips. In things like Zoom meetings it's distracting for others and embarrassing for me. I think this simple and affordable little thing will help. I only started using it a few hours ago watching a documentary. I'll update after some time has passed. I'm still rocking side to side but NO picking which I've done since 8 years old!! Last thing. It's not bright colours that attract attention. I know the colours are great for kiddos. It's just brilliant to find something more subtle to use as an adult.

I bought for my son who had been repeatedly picking at his nails and the skin beside them. Thankfully this particular fidget toy was the one for him and has managed to help him break that habit as well as helping to calm his nerves and relax. It is well made and has a variety of different fidgety bits to choose from. The size is perfect as it is able to be held in my son's hands as and when needed without it being noticeable to others. He is able to store it in his school hoodie pocket and slip it out as and when required. It is very good value for money. I have since bought a second one just in case his original one was ever left at school by accident as it has had such a positive effect. If you are looking and wondering over which fidget toy to buy, I would definitely suggest this particular one. Sometimes it can take a few different tries but as there are various different aspects to this one, there should hopefully be something that would be the right fit.

This is a great item but would have preferred it to be a little bigger (size of palm of hand) as my husband with dementia struggles with the smaller pieces

I purchased this for my 10 year old son. He has some problems concentrating in class and has always fiddled with pen tops and stuff. This has helped him because he can now fiddle with this while doing his school work and it has massively help him with his concentration. The school have been brilliant in allowing him to use it. The build quality of this fidget toy is very good too and it’s not noisy at all which is great for the environment in which he is using it. It has a lot of different buttons and functions which is great for keeping his mind occupied. Overall this is very good value for money and it is helping my son in school so it’s a big 5 stars for me.

This has become my new favourite. I love the spinny thing in the centre, although one kf the sides (with the metal ball) is a bit heavier than the ithers so it's not as good a spin as I'd like. Still, the other bits are great. I love the ball bearing side, and the flippy bits, and so on. Good buy, feels sturdy and reliable, and really helps me with the need to do something with my hands.

I like this product a lot and it helps with my stress but if you struggle with noises this is not the product to by pretty much all of the buttons on it make annoying and loud noises

Good for a fidgeting hand.

Great value for money. There are lots of features on this little toy, which in my son’s words, so satisfying! Size, weight are all perfect for a ten year old.
