Excellent Quality CoQ10 at a Great Price
This is an excellent CoQ10 supplement. The softgels are small and easy to swallow, and taking just two per day provides the recommended dose. So far, I haven’t experienced any side effects or stomach discomfort. The price is very reasonable, and each bottle lasts about four months, which is fantastic. Considering the quality and the amount you get, this supplement offers great value for the money. Highly recommended.

Started in hopes of reducing 3-4 x week intense, make you yell, unable to walk leg cramps. Down to 1-2 x months, much less intense

got 100mg and 50mg , started with 50mg a day for a week plus, then up to 100mg for 2-3 weeks now taking 150mg so my body get use to it and I don't have any gaso problems per some reviews. So starting with low doses and increase it slightly might work for others as well. Also those that mention this strong pepper smell, I didn't notice any of that at all .
