RAD Rounds I Set of 3 Massage Balls for Jaw, Hands and Plantar Fasciitis Myofascial Release, Mobility and Recovery

I bought this Rad release kit to ease my shoulder. I was diagnosed with rotator cuff tendonitis and malfunctioning muscles. I was in a bit of a state. A cluster of private physio appointments got me moving again but 30 minutes a few times a week is not going to be enough to fix me or keep me from seizing up again. I wanted something that would help me self manage daily. I was amazed at how helpful the block has been at getting into the nooks and crannies of my shoulder. Parts that would have been difficult to reach otherwise. I have been able to reduce/release the overall tightness in my shoulder and upper back and I have only been using it for two days. I have also been doing yoga and have already noticed an improvement in movement and the depth of stretch I can achieve after having used the Rad block. It might appear a little over-priced at £65 but I was paying £55 per physio session, so I believe this block is going to save me hundreds in the long run. You could also do a similar set up with a yoga block and peanut ball for a fraction of the price, which I have tried, but this block is specifically designed to hold the balls and works much better than a yoga block and loose ball. There are enough videos on youtube showing you how to use the block. They also have streaming videos that can be purchased on the Rad website, which I think this is pretty poor/greedy/unfortunate as we obviously need to know how to use the block! But regardless, I am very chuffed with the relief I have achieved with this purchase so far.

I bought these to help with Plantar Fasciitis symptoms. These came after I had already began doing stretches. I wasn't sure the balls would add anything extra. I still used them though and happily I was wrong. I use them on my feet and they have been great. I was massaging my feet before the balls arrived and Rads Round balls have done such a great job, they reach depths my fingers cannot reach. Thanks for this product, my feet are getting better and these items are playing their part with my rehabilitation.

Great product, well designed. Different balls are great for self massage, releasing muscle tension pain relief (the small one is great for arthritic hands & jaw tension)

Great MFR toolkit. Unlike other balls made of rubber type material these have some give making them easier to use instantly. Love all the sizes for feet and hands. I like the storage block which can be used to lean on for compression. However, the back of the block is not level so balls roll off when eg trying to do calf compression. It’s expensive but in keeping with tp trigger point equipment which I also rate for MFR work

These are the best for myofascial release. Every friend that tries them wants one! Have re-purchased several times and would 100% recommend.
