It's not memory foam, it's sponge. It should be soft but slightly elastic. But this isn't soft; it's a bit hard.

It's too warm.
Got it early so delivery was good. But from the moment i used it, I knew it was too warm and would be uncomfortable after a while. So not great for a hot climate. Otherwise looks and feels fine. Still trying it out to see if it'll help.
