The product works well overall, which is why I gave it a good rating. However, I did run into a couple of issues. After about 30–45 minutes of use, it shuts off on its own, which can be frustrating. Also, when I received it, the charging port looked bent, and I wasn’t able to plug it in properly. It seems like I may have received a defective unit. Otherwise, it's a good product and seems to perform as expected when it is working.

It saved my life! I love it, it really helps with my cramps. Have more than a year using it and still works like the first day.

I want to give this five stars. I really do. The heat is wonderful, can control the temperature, the battery life is actually better than I thought it’d be. It helps provide both pelvic pain and back pain relief (not at the same time).However, the device has a “hot spot.” There’s a piece that protrudes out a bit and gets seriously hot, like I could get burned, while the rest of the pad is cooler.Maybe mine just has a defect? I don’t know. It’s annoying though.

I bought this heating pad almost a year ago because my cramps were often too bad to even go to work. Having this heating pad made it tolerable! It works very well every time I use it. I have no issues with durability at all. This always saves the day for me during my horrible months. I love the fact that you can change the temperature and change the vibration settings to your liking. I would totally buy another one if I needed to.

This time is really easy to use, I'm not the biggest fan of the vibration so I can't say I use it for that but the heat is really nice. the charge doesn't last very long tho and it does take some time for it to charge back up.
