Wii Remote Controller with Built-in MotionPlus Sensor for Nintendo Wii Game White

Bought a Wii console with a great selection of games on eBay for a very reasonable price, but the 2 remotes which came with it have sealed, rechargeable batteries which no longer hold a charge. One of the remotes worked - just - for one session but then wouldn't work at all the following day, so I found this one on Amazon and, as it is very reasonably priced, thought I'd try it. It took nearly a month to arrive from China, which was a bit of a nuisance, and I wasn't actually that confident it would work, but it synced immediately and works perfectly. It takes normal AA batteries, so I was able to use it immediately, and I will probably get rechargeable ones for it at some point. The main thing is that it works and is barely indistinguishable from the genuine Wii remotes. I will definitely order a second one, because now that I have one working remote, I'm not now bothered about the length of time it will take to get it delivered. Very pleased with my purchase.

UPDATE (2 weeks) The delay was actually caused by my TV, not the controller which actually has no delay. Great quality so far. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 HOURS IN - The controllers I have work pretty well, generally feels like an actual Wii remote, also works with my nun chuck and charges with my rechargeable battery. Things i've noticed - there is a SLIGHT delay when pressing the buttons by like 0.5 seconds which really doesn't matter, however it's still a delay and can be anointing. The motion sensor is delayed by like, 1 second which is personally fine for me because I generally don't use it. It's not as good as the Wii version, but what do you expect for the price? I'll update this after a few weeks.

Was a little unsure as the price was so much better than many other adverts on Amazon. My fears seemed to be confirmed when I received this as it wasn't packaged in new box but seemed more like it was second hand. When I set it up initially couldn't get working, however I contacted the retailer and they politely talked me through set up and now its working perfectly. Would recommend.

This controller is complete rubbish.... it always disconnects from the console . I have always to use another controller (thanks God i have it) to disconnect the original and try to connect again everything... even after doing that... it still doesn't work... i also have to take the batteries out and put them back on for it to wake up... i had a horrible weekend having my little one asking me every now and then to connect it again... Really bad buy... but whatever you pay you get i guess... i was expecting it to be that bad though...

We bought two of these to replace the original controllers that got lost. They work as expected, and we're very easy to connect to the wii (just follow the Nintendo instructions and it takes minutes to do each one). The rubberised covers have been very good, and have stopped any damages to either the controller or furniture. Amazing value for money, and we delivered exactly when forecast when the order was placed. We have bought two more of them so four people can have their own controllers.

Using these with the Wii U. The remotes work. That's about it. They are not as exact as official remotes (mine aim slightly to the left and up compared to official remotes). The rumble feature is also really bad, making a lot of noise but very little motion. The remotes do look good, and most of the buttons feel good as well. Only the + and - buttons feel a bit dodgy, the rest are of high quality. They come with a sleeve, which I suppose are good enough. Never liked the Wii Remote sleeves at all though, so using mine without. Also comes with wristband that seems to be near enough identical to official ones. Does not come with nunchucks, even if picture show it. Text do not claim that they do, so that is all fine however. Quick and solid delivery. I would not use these controllers as my main controllers, but I just needed an extra pair for the occasional 4 way Mario Party. The £60 difference in cost for 2 remotes more then outweighs the quality difference. TL;DR, they work well as backup controllers, that you give to the friends that you like the least.

Bought this as a replacement controller to replace the original controller as something went wrong. It's been working fine for me and I like that it has a inbuilt MotionPlus sensor, so I don't need to buy a external thing to plug into it but the controller has a slightly lower distance support compared to the original one but good for the price.

I wasn't sure about getting a non ninteno brand remote as well as a built in motion sensor remote. Though now I can happily say that I am thrilled with this product and so glad that I got it. It has made playing Wii games alot easier I had bought it with Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword in mind. Would buy these again if needed.
