Good height for small plants
Lechuza Mini Cubi planters are a really good size for smaller plants that can have slightly longer leaves. These planters are nicely tall and look better balanced for that type of plant. So many planters for small plants are also squat in height and therefore don't look as good as these do. I have converted all of my orchids (except Vanda/Neofinetia) to live in these planters and once properly growing they are so much easier to keep. During winter when my orchids are indoors on windowsills near radiators the water level indicators are kept low in order to keep them ticking over but in spring they are watered so that the indicators are at full until they go back down to almost empty again. That's also when feed should be added. For flowering plants use a plant food higher in phosphorus and potassium. For leafy plants use one higher in nitrogen. These are well made and sturdy and keep their colour well. The inside container has to be smaller in order to allow room for water in the base but if you choose plants that aren't really fast growers they will last for several seasons in this size planter. The other Lechuza planters to look at for indoor plants are Deltini and like the Cubi they also come in a smaller and a larger size. Every single Phaelonopsis orchid that I own currently grows in a Deltini. All of the others grow in a Cubi. Sadly it's harder to get Lechuza Pon Orchid version on here but you can get that elsewhere. I also mix regular Lechuza Pon with Orchid Pon.

Great self watering pot
OMG…. This is so perfect I was little bit apprehensive with the size as my alocisia in fluval developed 50cm long roots buy I trimmed it and let it sit in this planter! The little bag of lechuza pon is just a beautiful touch! Is such a good quality so I will be buying more for my alocisia !!!! Worth every penny

Small but mighty.
Put a couple of cutting straight into pon in this pot and left it to its own devices, still growing happily.

If you're a traveller and have plants. Lechuza Self watering pots are a must have.
I love lechuza pots, not only do they look great, pon or semi hydro is a wonderful way to grow plants, especially if you travel and have nobody to water your plants. Nobody likes to lose a wishlist plant. These pots always contain a bag of lechuza Pon but I like to mix it with soil ninja semi hydro. My only complaint is on a couple of occasions they've arrived without the water gauge. Not a big deal as I always flush the plants around once a month and if you email lechuza they'll send you extra for a extremely small fee 😊

Perfect self-draining plant pot
This plant pot is perfect if you don’t want to water your plant all the time. My plants love the pons and even my fuzzy anthuriums do well in them. They also look nice as well. Great value!

Reliability
With this pot?, all the worries are gone… it’s a bit pricey though… been using this brand since.

Not enough Pon
I've bought quite a few of these pots in the last few weeks and been pleased with them. So decided to buy the Mini Cubi for cuttings. This is the smallest of the range, and I wasn't terribly happy that the Pon was a good inch or so short of the top of the pot. There isn't much room for the plant as it is.

Best Small Lechuza Planter!
My favorite lechuza planter because the interior pot is clear and you can see what is going on with the roots. I really wish they would make all of their interior pots clear. I also love that you can just lift up the entire interior pot easily without digging into the substrate. I have several of the larger cubico’s, the minis are just so adorable and actually hold a lot of substrate. The Deltini was my previous go to for small plants, but loving the mini cubico so much. It’s adorable, and anthurium really need the additional vertical height.
