. This product makes, taking everything out so much easier I can feel the difference in my body since using it. The research and facts backup the effect it has on your body in reality. Pregnant wife used it and really happy with the product and little ones is using it as a step stool up to the toilet seat. Very comfortable and easy to use, White plastic is much easier to keep clean - and it is surprisingly rigid and sturdy. It fits tidily under the toilet bowl and mine is a square shape rather than the traditional oval. What an amazing invention available for only 19.99. Highly recommended. This is a MUST HAVE product in EVERY home.

However did I manage without one of these?! I can now go to the loo in comfort, no squeezing necessary. I'm only 29 but remembered the squat loo I used in Thailand years ago which was the most comfortable poo of my life. I can't believe it took me this long to get one. Ok, it's moderately embarrassing when my friends come round, but once they get over their giggling and try it they agree that it's wonderful. I'm determined to get one for every loo in the house! All 2 of them... sorry, not going to be the most valuable customer to this product, but at least it's worth every penny to me.

It was rubbish, arrived in a black plastic bag with no protection packaging.

Well made and very sturdy. The feet are shod with rubber, so it doesn't move around. The only thing is, with your feet raised up so high, your thighs and bum are forced down onto the loo seat somewhat painfully - unless you're very well padded. This may be a small price to pay for giving your guts a good workout.

I love it! The Squatlet has quickly allowed me to achieve a more natural posture to ensure easier and more complete 'evacuation' without excessive exertion. Quick points: • all the various health benefits and preventative measures - no constipation, piles, etc. • spend less time in the toilet • no straining or over exertion • easy to store discreetly out of the way under the toilet bowl • sturdy, seems very well built to take the weight however heavy • comes with a simple but useful user guide • best value compared to other similar products • safely doubles up as child step stool Although it’s not the same as a full squat achieved when using the 'hole in the ground' style Eastern toilets, it’s the closest you'll get to it practically with a Western style toilet bowl. The less flexible user will need to be patient with the first couple of uses until the new position feels more comfortable. Overall I’d say it’s a must buy for anyone who cares about their digestive health (basically everyone!).

Needed one of these as new toilet was quite high, unable to keet feet flat on ground. Height of the item is more than i would have liked, so I sort of just use one leg on it. Still, its stury enough and easy to clean. I suppose its a decent item.
