does it support a small 1500w heater?

I purchased the older model and it couldn't and cannot support my 1500 watt heater nor can it keep my window unit a/c running. It's hooked directly to 4 diesel batteries set up in parallel. It does however keep my 9" desk fan spinning like crazy.
