Bad packaging
I’m shocked at the lack of appropriate packaging! The biscuits are great but sadly packaged so badly without any protective bubbles, that they have arrived broken on several occasions. On top of that delivery people throw the package on the porch so imagine the crumbs and broken pieces we receive!

Poor Shipping
Every cookie broken. Every one. And not the first time. Great cookies - 4 stars for the product (I did take 1 star off for having to deal with fragments) - but this needs to be flagged somehow because the shipments are not arriving intact, and I'm not the only one. One star for shipping, although not reflected in the rating. *Addendum: I've ordered many of these - more than two dozen - but in this last shipment one box actually arrived crushed. The shipping box was fine - no visible external damage, and well packed with bubble cushions - so the boxes were very apparently packed like that. Rating lowered to 1 star.

Biscuits not packaged properly
Amazon normally packs delicate items like biscuits in corrugated boxes with popcorns/peanuts/bubble rolls/inflatable film packaging so the items are protected for arrival. I got the genuine product which was fresh and had the proper expected flavor. However, the package was sent in the poly bubble mailer and the biscuits were broken and in pieces when we received it. Looks like the shipper was trying to cut costs but it was very poor choice of packaging. Will clearly hesitate to buy any product from the shipper

No so good,
The box was opened and the packaging was torn. When I opened the packaging a bunch of crumbs fell out and the box was torn already. The unopened cookies were fine
