Less Clumping Please
just started using the Beast Chocolate protein, and the only issue i have had with this whey is clumping, if your someone who blends shakes its not a problem, but if you just want to take a scoop after working out you will get a little bit of clumping, not as smooth a blend as Optimum Nutrition, however i have tried Met-Rx and reflex proteins and this whey compares favorably to both.I like the taste, its not too strong or rich unlike Met-Rx chocolate which could be a bit too much after a hard workout.There is 25 grams of protein per 39 gram scoop, for 140 calories, so its on a level with most other brands and only 4 grams of carbs for those on lower carb diets.Its hard to say how effective this protein is in terms of gains as only just started taking it.Another thing i like about this product is it comes in a bag rather than giant plastic tubs, so takes up less space!
