Is This Suitable / useful as Wall insulation / soundproofing ?

I put it on my walls its excellent insulation nice smooth fiinish easy to apply. And I decorated over it. I'd recommend it .maybe get it a bit thicker for sound proofing.but excellent product delivery very good and company. Intact I have ordered some more. Hope this helps.

Sorry I don't know. I used it on a wall area to try and keep my bathroom a bit warmer by insulating behind the toilet and wash basin. A temporary measure until I make changes in a house I recently moved into.

Is this board fire resistant and could it be used as a light weight alternative to plasterboard on a garage ceiling?
