Flexible ladle
For a ladle it kicks butt. Flexible edge makes it superior to anything else.

Perfect so far
Knock on wood, but it's perfect so far. I do wish the handle was metal or something else that can handle heat, as I get nervous it'll burn if someone uses it and leaves it in the pot for a moment to grab some spices or dishes while stirring or in between scooping.

Nice design with the one soft side
A little pricey, but the clever design allows for one side to mould to the bottom/side of the pan for scooping out the last bit of soup, beans, etc.
