There isn't anything I dislike about the strings. Bit of a pain to fit but that's because of my guitar choice. The Ernie Ball strings sound amazing. Very happy with my purchase.

Fist time I am buying Ernie Ball. They are actually quite good for the acoustic bass. I was never impressed with the Guitar sets but really can recommend this set. I do not know about the longevity yet.

I was restringing my acoustic bass while tuning the E string uncoiled about 2 and a bit inches in from where the string was trimmed during installation (yes I did bend it before cutting). Did not even get to play it. Good job i didn't cut my old set off

I recently put these Ernie Ball Earthwood strings on my acoustic-electric bass, and they sound fantastic. The tone is warm and natural, perfect for both fingerstyle and light slap playing. They feel smooth under the fingers and have a really consistent tension across the strings. They’re easy to install, stay in tune well, and have a great lifespan for an acoustic bass set. If you want rich, full-bodied acoustic bass tones, these strings are definitely worth it!
