My dog loves this house. Very easy to install and made of excellent quality. The house is very heavy which we like because we have a heavy dog. Really got our moneys worth. Perfect for summer time heat or winter coldness. Very easy to clean out because the roof lifts up. My dog loves his new house.

This is a great dog house, my German shepherd took to it right away. The insulated padding helps keep her warm and comfortable. The dog house was pretty easy to put together. My husband and I worked together to assemble it so you might want a helper just to make it easier but it can be done with one person. It is very sturdy as well. I just wish I went up a size so our dog has a bit more room.

Expensive, but put together (almost) single handedly in about 30 minutes. Seems pretty sturdy right out of the box (latch and hinges are iffy but you can replace the with higher quality if you feel the need to). Fits my Malinois well. Wood smells good, good size, sturdy. Will put a bed in it so I dont have to pull the washable insulation out to clean it. Will update if something changes in my review.Update 4 months later:House still standing! Still fits, Malinois is now 8 months. Insulation is not. He has torn the insulation out multiple times and tore the insulation out of the cover. It's ruined. I need to find a replacement. Also tore the vinyl door off. Still a good looking and sturdy wooden house.

I love the quality of this dog house. I have a German shepherd and he fits perfectly in it. It’s warm and I no longer feel guilty leaving him outside. The legs on the bottom keep the dog house up off the ground. I would highly recommend this to everyone. Very sturdy also. And it was easy to put together.

This product came with loose panels on the wall and parts that didn’t fit together. The metal bars were not at a right angle making it impossible to get them into the plastic foot. I was only able to get one to fit. This product clearly has no quality control. The panels that made up the walls were so loose and screws were popping off during assembly. The floor panels were also wonky and not fully fitted. I honestly don’t think this doghouse will last. If you’re handy, I would recommend building your own from scratch. I’m sure it’ll come out way sturdier and cost way less. When this house eventually becomes unusable I will be sure to do just that.

My neighbor has 2 outside cats, and she got another kitten who comes over now too. It is big enough to fit at least 4 cats comfortably in it. I got an outside heating pad for it and they love it. The roof is sturdy, the ice has built up on it and it's fine. I wish I got a picture of the whole house but the kitty pictures are cute. It stand a few inches off the ground which I like. The flaps get stiff though but they still work. We did have wind and snow and it blew into the house but I just opened the roof and swept it out. The insulation makes it warm up in there fairly quickly. I'm glad I got it for them.

This is the greatest doghouse 🐕 ever for my cats needs! Yes that's right, my cats needs! 🐈 They absolutely love it! ALL the cats actually go inside and rest/hangout/sleep.With two people it's easier to assemble. Directions are on point.Fits on my porch perfectly and my outside cats are warm with an animal heating pad that keeps them cozy during freezing 🥶 weather. I am going to see about someway to keep it cool in the warmer/hot 🌡🥵 weather also! The 2 story cat house I had didn't accommodate them and their needs. It was good for chickens though. 🐣🤷‍♀️I recommend this house for any animals you want to provide shelter for. 🏠 Oh yea and The opossum that comes to try and eat our cats food (we pick up the cat bowl at night). I don't want it to become reliant on humans instead of its own teachings and so it'll continue to teach its young how to forage naturally. It used to like to kick my cat out of the 2 story house so now the cats don't let it in this new one! 😆

Didn't know you could get such sturdy, well designed products anymore. Can fit an electric cat heating pad length-wise (just tilt one of the removable floor platforms up high enough to run the metal wrapped cord out & under the cat house.) Or use old chair cushions and a bit of straw. Roof is so substantial, didn't bother to screw it on. (If you get fierce winds, you might want to attach it (all holes pre-drilled & hardware included). ) Assembly instructions are PICTURES & each structural component carries on it a unique letter (A, B, C etc.). All screw packages are labelled P1, P2 etc. Pre-drilled holes align properly & are where they should be. Extra pair of hands best for assembly. Only need a phillips screw driver, and a hammer to knock metal pillars into supplied footings. Comes with plastic wind flaps over door (if decide to use, install from the inside, using the supplied screws). Very happy with this purchase.
