Love this phone. Had to return one because it was scratched at the screen but got a replacement asap. Love how compact it is. I always get compliments.

You might as well send me your money. This phone is crap. However I really liked it in the beginning. I purchaced it 12/18/24. Less than 4 months later I noticed a black spot in the right center of the screen thinking it was a smudge but it turns out the screen had seperated. The next thing I new the seperation went completly through the center of the screen and the top portion completely stopped working. Of course the return time was a few days past due so I lost my money. Of course this being refurbed, no one cares. Just to replace the Digitizer (screen) costs only a few $'s less than the price of the phone then you will have to labor to tear the phone down to repair it and on top of that it probably wouldnt work anyways. I lost a ton of data because of this and now have to buy and set up a new phone. Please check out the other reviews before you purchace the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4. You will save Time, Money and mostly aggravation. OHH. PS. Not only the money for all the accessories that were also purchaced.

I have gone through about 3 of these phones it was my fault. Do not take your phone to work If you work with tiny pieces of metal. I had each phone for a couple years. Make sure you get a case. And dont open or close it when it's cold. Otherwise it's a sturdy reliable phone.

The phone is great. But the battery tends to die fast. You have to charge it a few times a day.

This was a gift to my husband. He loved the size of this phone. Transferring everything from the prior phone was easy. But the screen would come on sometimes when opened and wouldn't come on at other times. He couldn't answer a call if the screen didn't come on. He tried all the troubleshooting suggestions. The random nature of the screen coming on or not makes this phone unreliable. What good is a phone you can't answer or use everytime you open it without fail? Returning because of this issue.

Everything stated was just lilt it said. This phone is in excellent condition, it was unlocked. I put the sim in and it was ready to go. I feel good about my purchase, also thanks for having the charger in the box. Thank you!

I like this phone protector when I'm carrying it in my pocket. Has padded pu leather. Feels good in the hand!

Me gustó, pero si quieres un celular que te dure bastante tiempo y buenas condiciones, éste no es una opción. En donde se dobla la pantalla se crackeo a los 5 o 6 meses, aun así se veía bien. Luego se me cayó, no fue muy fuerte la caída, pero se le hizo un puntito en la pantalla donde se dobla, a los meses creció 100%. Y por último a casi 2 años de haberlo comprado y cuidado lo mejor posible ya no puedo cerrar el teléfono porque se apaga. Asi que con esta experiencia pronto no volveré a compra un celular como éste.

Todo bien con el equipo ya en mano es mas delgado de lo que uno esta acostumbrado, me llego el celular como nuevo viene formateado y todo bien en gral, lo unico malo es que al poner la sim/chip tanto BAIT como TELCEL y ninguna agarro llamadas me dice no registrado en la red, pero datos y mensajes de texto si tenia, asi que lo mas seguro es que no esten liberado asi que aguas, toca devolver no puedo tener un celular sin llamadas, lo malo es la devolucion Amazon indica que hasta 30 dias para la devolucion, esperemos que sea menos.

Sinceramente no lo recomiendo. Estéticamente está hermoso, parece nuevo PERO el teléfono esta liberado muy probablemente por bypass. Primeramente, porque este no admite nuevas actualizaciones de ONE UI de Samsung, aunque le di en buscar actualizaciones estas no aparecen en configuraciones, la última actualización que marca es de ENERO 2024 y tomando en cuenta que tengo un S21 en uso me di cuenta claramente que no admite nuevas actualizaciones y tampoco me fue posible pasar mi E-SIM de mi S21 al ZFLIP ya fue como la última seña de. LO RECOMIENDO SOLO SI NO LE PONES ATENCION A LA SEGURIDAD Y SI TAMPOCO USAS E-SIM.
