Works for DOT 4 LV spec too!
Good stuff! This is fluid is a suitable substitute for all DOT3 and DOT4 types including the new DOT 4 LV specified for various Ford and other vehicles. It is even lower in viscosity than the OEM fluids! The pricing is also very good!Have been purchasing this for several years without realizing I had stumbled on a bargain. Will continue to buy this.

High Boiling Point - At A Good Price
I checked the specs on most of the DOT3 / DOT4 brake fluids commercially available, some priced lower and many priced higher before buying. Aside from "full race" rated fluids, this had one of the highest boiling points available and met all of the requirements of my '22 Indian. It was highly rated and well reviewed.Motorcycles have small brake fluid reservoirs and the manufacturers recommend changing the fluid every two years due to hydroscopic water infiltration. I was getting a spongy rear brake pedal, the pads had plenty of life left, so I replaced the old fluid with this.I don't ride aggressively, and baggers aren't normally part of "Track Days", so this fluid exceeds all of my bike's demands. It was easy to replace and bleed with a vacuum kit.For the price, this Quart was an excellent value. There's enough to do all three lines on the bike, with plenty left over to start another job (but not enough to do all of the lines and the reservoir in my Crew Cab Truck). The pedal / lever is firm again. I'm a happy rider. Five Stars!

Great for beginner track use
Did a flush right before my first track day. Had absolutely no problems at all with brake fade with a heavy Mustang GT and 7-8 sessions 10-15 minutes each. Brakes got hot enough to crack a rotor but still no fade at all. The boiling point isn't as high as the commonly recommended alternatives (Motul RBF600 for example), but this stuff is a lot cheaper. If you are just starting out with track days this is a great balanced choice- once you start improving and driving the car harder, then consider stepping up to the expensive race-specific fluids.

Really the best brake fluid out there
My 2009 Camry was due for a brake fluid flush, and I was trying to see what would be the best fluid to buy. After quite of a bit research, this Bosch fluid seemed to stand out. It appears to be better than other fluids in pretty much every aspect. It's more durable, it has better temperature performance, and best of all it can fit any vehicle with recommended Dot 3, 4 or 5.1 fluid. I was waiting for a good test of brake performance which happened the other day on the 101 freeway. The car in front braked suddenly out of nowhere (I guess the driver wasn't paying good attention to their front), and this caused me to slam on my brakes. My Camry decelerated very rapidly, and I could hear a mild squeal. It was a very stable deceleration with absolutely no issues. ABS must have been activated as otherwise the car would have slipped. I know the ABS works very well on these Camrys as one time a couple of years ago I had to brake with my old worn out tires on a rainy day, and I could feel the vibration (apply/release) on the brake pedal. The vibration was much faster than my older 1994 Camry, which implies that ABS technology has advanced since then. I would highly recommend this brake fluid to whoever needs Dot 3, 4, or 5.1 fluid.
