These work great for making burgers. They quickly make burgers the perfect thickness, as long as you use either patty paper or parchment paper they don’t stick in the press, they make the burgers the perfect shape, and it’s so much easier to get the perfect patty this way than by hand! This so so easy to clean up when you are done too. It was a great purchase!

I bought this from Cave Tools as I have purchased a couple of other items from them that were great. I can tell you, this is the best thing I have gotten for cooking, grilling and smoking. I have wanted a burger press for a while now as I like making my own burgers with a few different types of meat. Forming by hand is tedious at best which I have done for years.Yesterday, I went and bought 15 pounds of the ground meat I like, mixed it all up well and measured it out into 30 .49 oz burgers. Understand, I would never do this in the past, I would only make my burgers the day I was going to cook them. However, I really wanted to take this thing for a ride and then I would seal up the burgers and freeze them. Prep work took 1 hour and 15 minutes. Making the burgers using this burger press, 20 minutes. This is a great item and would buy it again as well as recommend it to friends and family.Few things to know though. First, it did take me about 3 to 5 burgers to get it down. But once I got past that, I was like a well oiled machine making my burgers. I will say that the paper inserts they give with it need to be bigger. They do cover the press, but once you put the meat in there, they no longer go across. My personal preference would be to make them even an 8th of an inch bigger. Just the same, they came with it at no extra charge so how can I complain. Here is a little tip as well, the handle to the burger press is rounded, so with the paper on the burger, I used that to make my dimples in each burger, (Dimples in burgers has been shared for years and are a must if you don't want your burger shriveling up, becoming smaller and thick in the middle).Now the real test, cooking on the grill. Seasoned them up and put them on. They cooked faster than the ones I used to make by hand. Perfectly round, held their shape even after flipping them. Cheese on and the burgers came out perfect as if I had bought frozen ones from the store. Like the Harris Ranch bag you find at many stores.Again, great product, I am very happy with it and would recommend to everyone.

I ordered this reluctantly thinking that I really didn't need it, but with the idea that I would give it a try. The first time I used it, I was amazed at how much easier it was to make burger patties than by hand. This tool is very easy to use and the patties come out uniformly sized each time with minimal effort. It is very sturdy and should last a lifetime and is also easy to clean after use. I am happy that I took the chance with this tool and am very happy that I did.

This press works very well making burgers uniform with indents on both sides to help with shrinkage when grilling. The included wax sheets were a nice addition as they didn't require me to spend time cutting sheets out of a large roll. The handle comes off easily and I wash it by hand but the other two parts go into the top rack of the dishwasher. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants a nice burger patty to grill without having to get your hands messy each time you grill. Bundle them in foil by how many you normally grill for your family. Drop them in the freezer and grab a pack when needed. With the burgers separated by wax paper, they come apart easily for grilling.

After making patties by hand, this was a breeze. I still weighed out 4oz of burger meat like i did before but now I place it on a paper square inside the bottom piece, add another piece over the meat before placing the top half on and pressing down. So easy and fast. I would definitely recommend purchasing if you like to make your own burgers. The pressed burgers stack nicely with the papers for freezing or heading straight out to the grill. I did keep reusing the same top piece of paper for pressing until it was my last burger for the stack because I was stacking the bottom paper and burger onto a pile if burgers and didn't want to waste papers by having two between each burger

I have been making my Pattie’s on a small plate for size and roundness for many years. Saw this and got it and have been using it for my burgers for two months. So easy to use and very easy to clean. The metal is thick so it does not bend and really helps press the burger into shape. I have done 4-6 without putting paper in the bottom but they do start to stick (which is as expected) so it is easier if you use the paper that comes with and keep refills. I keep parchment paper in the hose too so in a pinch, just cut some squares of that to use. Was still ok when not using paper.Very solid design, simple easy to use and clean.

Worked well but sometimes would stick to the container. Also took us longer to make patties than just making by hand. These did a good job of making a perfect size but we have found we are preferring the smash style of hamburgers which these do not make. We ended up tossing after just a few uses. Nothing wrong with the quality, just our preference.

With all this Biden-nomics and inflation so high, I wanted something that would help in making sure everything I prepped my cookouts and efficiently as I could. This came with pre-cut parchment squares and make everything an ease. Clean up is easy. Im gonna check out this company first for future purchases
