I own a pair of straps that I've had for 4 years now.I can see why people say it's hard to open but honestly, that's exactly what I was looking for. Not to be easy to be vandalized and also add extra support to the zipper when my luggage is packed.I have traveled several times internationally and they've held phenomenal.I plan to buy another set, hopefully they still have the same strength and quality.

First off, many people claim that the tags are hard to open to read the name inside, which is true. However, you can see the Name through the window,, and a bag with a bright green tag and a bright green straps with your name on it, is easy to identify. I also always put my name and address inside the bag in case a bag gets lost.The straps are good quality and buckles are very secure, with an extra tab that needs to be depressed in order to unlatch it. I am sure TSA will figure this out if they need to open your bag, and it does make me feel more secure. I often see bags in baggage claim with a broken zipper, the bag open and the contents of the bag are surely compromised.The only negative is the little screw thingy to hold the luggage tag on your bag is a bit difficult to negotiate, it took a relative amount of patience to screw it together, but it does seem secure once fastened. I am overall very happy with this purchase so I am not deducting points. Recommended! (I think now my wife want a set too)
