I honestly had zero expectations when I ordered these ENERGYbits. I have what feels like a pharmacy at home — dozens of supplements that all promise miracles and deliver nothing. But wow. The first night I took about 20 tablets, and the next morning I woke up actually awake — truly rested, alert, and full of energy. I haven’t felt like that in years. I’m a nursing mom, and my baby still wakes me up all night, so feeling this good in the morning was unbelievable. It made me realize I’d been walking around in a fog — low energy, lifeless, on autopilot. Now I’m experimenting by taking spirulina and chlorella separately, and I’m honestly speechless at the results. Yes, they’re very expensive, but… oh man, I never thought I could feel this way again. Absolutely worth it.

These are just simply awesome for my nutrition. I don't even have to take a bunch of different supplements anymore. It's been over a year, and I can say they have fantastic health benefits.

I've been using for a few weeks and have noticed a more solid sleep and also daily energy. I only do 8 a day and am happy with what I have noticed so far.

Bear in mind, I am a new one time user of this product as of today, so my review is an initial immediate reaction rather than long term. I love that this product is sourced ethically and is third party texted for heavy metals to ensure safety, efficacy and not detriment! I can dig the taste! While the product is very easy to swallow as instructions suggest, I took the second suggestion to chew first as I do tend to enjoy earthy green flavors. It makes for a pleasant little snack! And in general I like and encourage getting the benefits of mastication! I also love the branding and packaging! My only critique is that we should find an ethical way to make packaging for the smaller 30 packs resealable for convenience… especially for those of us who are on a budget and have to portion out our intake of this great product! So happy and excited to add this to my superfood stack! Thank you for making such an amazing impactful product! 💚💙

I started taking these bits about 3 months ago. I typically take 10 Recovery Bits and 10 Energy Bits before bed. Almost immediately they helped me to wake up in the morning without feeling groggy. I just bought some of the small packets of Vitality Bits (since that is the 50/50 blend) so that its easier when traveling to take my Bits. They are expensive, but there's usually a sale and the large bag lasts a long time if you only take 10 a day.

Pretty good stuff. Good health benefits. At about 30 tabs you actually fo get a light meal replacement in place of lunch or to get you to an early dinner. The pice is a bit steep though. No side effects or digestive issues.

I don’t know what would possess somebody to eat 30 of these in the morning, but I could barely handle three. The directions say one serving size is 30 pills and I think they need to fix that because I think it will be very dangerous for someone to completely consume all of the pack. Other than that, they give me a lot of energy and help me focus. The value for the money is excellent. I think it is rather good quality and I depend on this as part of my vitamin supplement. They are very small and easy to swallow. I wouldn’t chew them but if you like fishy than go for it. I am adhd and autistic so it helps a lot. But please start small with the dosage.

There is a Prop 65 Warning label hidden on the bottom of the bag! They say that they do third party lab testing for heavy metals like lead and mercury but will only provide results to practitioners. They do not disclose the Prop 65 warning label anywhere in their product description here or on their business website.
