I don't know what everyone else is experiencing, these are trash. Not as quality as the snares that came on my new budget snare drums. Can't get a good sound out of them after install. Went back to my factory wires, which make make my snare sound like a snare. Wires look to be glued in vs soldered... Maybe that's the quality issue.

They are cool
These were not flat. The snares were in even pitching a rip in my snare head. I started to send them back but I had tried to fix them. I’m sure I just received a faulty pair.
