Q: What is the shelf life? I want to get some just incase my lovebirds reject their babies but if they don’t I was hoping to keep it for their next eggs

I'm not sure. There is a 'best before' date, of course. After opening, I keep it in the frige with the lid tightly screwed on to make sure no moisture gets in. I have used it for more than six months after opening and refrigerating. I think the shelf life (unopened) is about 8 months.

Q: Would this product be suitable for pigeon squabs?

Should be fine, I’ve used this for a variety of small -medium cage /aviary birds with success.

Q: is it anky good for wild baby birds

For most yes even if for a short time. However soft-food eaters ie blue tits will want a lot more in the way of insect life. This food is perfect for all your seed eaters ie sparrow goldfinch etc John Bird, Chairman of the Dartford Kent Budgerigar Society

Q: Can anyone help with the mix for a three week old budgie!? I was sent a package with no instructions inside.

I normally mix enough for what i,am going to feed. ie. small amount. for a three week old budgie mix it still quite sloppy as you still want the bird to absorb moisture this time of year keep it hydrated feed with seryinge or match stick..
