Excellent product does what it says on the the tin

Received the product in April, 2 months later the product has stopped working. At first I thought it was the battery. I've since tried 2 new batteries but still the device will not turn on. The is now completely useless and unable to be used for its intended purpose. Before this happened I was very happy with device.
