Good product
I ordered these as we have used them for some years however when these arrived I was somewhat perturbed to see them turn up in just a normal envelope (although they were undamaged).They are a gel product it would be far too easy for an normal envelope to be pierced and the product to be unnecessarily damaged.

Not fit for purpose.
Been using these for just over a month.Two of them have leaked inside my lunch box.Will be looking for a more robust product.
