Thank you for your question positional irrigation is difficult to accomplish with a neti pot because it relies on gravity and most manual methods require a particular position. This is better than a neti pot because it actually works on chronic sinus problems.  There is a firm pulsing pressure that gets the offending materials out.  Gravity (which the neti pot depends on) just doesn't do it for me, or for anyone with chronic sinus problems.

Sinupulse cleans better pulsating irrigation has been around for years and there are hundreds of medical studies that back it up. Navage is portable like a squeeze bottle or neti pot but hard to use and found it no better and way more expensive. Someone mentioned about Navage being cheaper thats just not true the cheapest one runs $90 and you must pay another 15.00/mo for their salt pods only.  Thats almost $200 yr if you use it once a day $400 yr if you use it twice a day that is plain nuts. With the SinuPulse you can use any saline product including various holistic solutions or make your own saline with Mortons non iodized salt for pennies.  Mix 1 tsp salt for 16 oz of water and be sure to use distilled water.  Making you buy salt pods is a deal breaker for me but as anyone knows that has had to deal with sinus infections you'll pay anything for relief. The SinuPulse stops infections and is less expensive you can also check with your insurance company they may reimburse some do.

Yes, it's better because it has a larger capacity, it pulses water to help dislodge mucus, and the amount of water coming through the tip is controllable and adjustable.  If rinsing your sinuses is something you do from time to time, the neti pot is probably adequate.  If you're serious about doing a good job, get the SinuPulse.
