Can i use this with a standard usb c female to usb a male connector?

Yes, Aran, like charging a mobile phone [not iPhone]. Note the USB C connector is the newer type with rounded ends. You're supplied with a charging cable so may not have to think about connectivity.

I don’t know about the CRI but the blurb says: “3 Colors & 5 Brightness Stepless Adjustable.
