They stick very well and are good size and thickness. I stick them under the insole of my shoes and they last very well.

It’s incredibly difficult to remove the backing to these. I had to use scissors and even then it came off in pieces. Save yourself the effort and buy different ones

Once we worked out how to remove the adhesive backing (snip a bit in the centre and separate from the plastic) these are very comfortable.

Tip Squeeze and slightly tear the pad to remove the backing paper . Hope that helps inc at head office ...

Impossible to remove the pad from the adhesive strip, it's completely useless and go buy a better product because I had to throw my entire pack out because of this. Extremely poor.

The media could not be loaded. There is no sticky layer. There is a waxy paper backing that does not come off. All recent reviews say the same thing. Seller doesn't accept returns.
