Excellent dvd workout. I love using kettlebells now. Just completed week three and can already see results and so can everyone else. Can't wait to see what I look like once all 12 weeks have been completed. Would highly recommend dvd!!!

After 12 weeks of solid use it really does what it says on the tin! I'm fit anyway but from training down the gym 4 times a week to just doing this the results are far better you just have to give it your all

This DVD set is worth every penny. I have the Kettlercise just for men DVD which is superb. It gives you great individual exercise tuition before you start the routines. H-Core does the same but takes it further as you use two kettlebells in the workouts. Be prepared to work hard. Don't buy them if you are not prepared to put some effort in. I'm 66 years of age and I can still do it. Use a sensible kettlebell weight and not a 'HE MAN' size as some DVD's suggest.

Thought Kettlercise couldnt get any better then they bring out the H core Kettlercise.I have been working out in the comfort of my own home in front of the television whilst following the dvds.I have seen amazing results in my levels of fitness and my.body has dramatically changed shape in iust 4 weeks.Love the fact you can just select one of the 6 excellent dvds and away you go.They are so easy to follow and the instructor gives an excellent commentry throughout.This is a must for anyone who is looking to tone up.Excellent value for money.

I've been training with Kettlebells for a while at the gym but wanted a home DVD, after looking over some of the DVDs they all seemed to be for beginners which I wanted to avoid as I didn't want it to be too easy and I definately chose the right one.I contacted the company who advised me what weight to buy and they were spot on!! The DVD is excellent, its challenging but not unrealistic.Not only have I got a workout DVD I have also got a manual with a training schedule and a nutritional programme which comes with the box set and I have noticed a difference already, I am more defined and feel great.A must buy for anyone wanting the full package not just a kettlebell DVD.
