This stuff should come with a warning label lol highly addictive I dont know why its called sauce its just salted caramel in a pot 😂 fantastic flavour extremely thick (wont dripstone off your spoon) creamy 100/10 i will definitely be buying again 💯

If you have a sweet tooth this is the one. Added it to freshly popped popcorn. Lovely. Can't wait to add to ice cream. It doesn't pour, it's too thick for that. Ounce for ounce it's very expensive, hence only 4 stars. But as a treat - go for it.

We’ve long been fans of Cartmel’s gorgeous toffee sauce over our desserts, and we’ll often pick up a jar when we see it in farm shops or when we’re up in the Lakes, however it’s not so economical if we need to order remotely. We’ve been looking for a viable alternative to drizzle over our ice cream and Belgian Waffles and have tried a few but Joe & Seph's Sticky Toffee Caramel Sauce is the first one that we’ve thought to be a worthy alternative. It’s got a bit of thickness to it, but runny enough to drip across our desserts. It does thicken slightly on ice cream but not excessively. The taste has that lovely light bitterness of warmed toffee, like you’d get from bonfire toffee, and the jar invites you to dip a finger in! The jar is very well priced I think, which is good because I don’t expect it to last long and I’ll be happy to replace it. If there is a gripe it’s that a lot of sauce was stuck to the underside of the lid, but that was soon removed and eaten with a scoop or two of the finger.

I hadn't tried the apple & cinnamon flavour before but it sounded nice, and I liked the salted caramel, so I thought I'd give this one a try. I brushed some on top of bread and butter pudding (the baked custard style) halfway through cooking, then put it back in the oven, and I found the sauce topping made the pudding taste extra delicious. This sauce is very sweet, which is to be expected, but I was happy to note the apple flavour comes through well, and the cinnamon was well balanced and not overpowering. I expect it will be tasty spread thinly on toast, as well as drizzled over ice-cream and desserts. I might even try adding a teaspoon into a smoothie. If you have a sweet tooth and you like toffee apples I'm sure you'll love this.

Bought some replacements for the popcorn sauce I was gifted for Christmas as we loved it. Unfortunately my first order have a leaking jar, which couldn't be used as it wasn't properly sealed. Amazon duely sent me a replacement, but one jar arrived smashed. Think I'll just buy it from a shop next time as the packaging isn't enough to stop it from arriving damaged. Maybe better packaging such as a stacking together with bubble wrap and corrugated card outer before boxing would work better. It is good sauce though.

These are delicious over vanilla ice cream (with a liqueur for a special treat!).
