Works well for headaches but found not as helpful with migraines. Nice cooling feeling on neck. Love using on a stressful day.

Feels good, but head still hurts
This did not work on my husband at all. We both suffer from migraines. It feels really cool on my neck, and slightly tingly from the oils, which I love! It feels like it very slightly helps with the pain, which helps buy time while waiting for the Excedrin to kick in. It does not take it away all the way though, and still need pain meds. I bought it because there are no chemicals in it; completely natural.
