I like it because it's not too hard or too thick. it's chewable and just fine. it's a good jaw and mouth exercise though. Just make sure to wash it thoroughly before and after use. i hope this would really help me.

These lasted very long. I did chew through them eventually though. They give you a good workout, but are not small so in public ya look like ya just got your wisdom teeth pulled. So you don't have to use them in public!

If you're not a beginner and actually need heavy resistance, these are not for you. I completely split these on the third use. I was hoping they'd hold up better than the Mayena Sports brand 60lb that also get slits after only a few uses, but these broke down even worse.

After just a few uses, I saw the difference. I can feel it after using them for 10 minutes at a time. They are incredibly well-crafted, long-lasting, and simple to clean.
