Yes. The slots match up each end of most pieces of the wood supplied. There were also the pieces for the top and bottom. I found it easy to put our three together. I had to have a piece of wood to put between the slats and the rubber mallet as I secured each plank in place. I put each together within about 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour sitting on my toolbox. I had to get up to turn it round. Margaret

Is the wood fsc approved ?

No idea because the company did not deliver it and so we cancelled the order.

is the wood FSC approved ?

We don't still have the instructions and details, but we're pretty sure the answer is 'yes' as we wouldn't have purchased it if it wasn't.

How do you get the compost out of these?

It is very easy to remove the slats so once a year I take it to bits, remove the good compost at the bottom and rebuild
