these exercise balls are not inflated to full amount so it is possible to blow them up to around 80% then put the plug in. they are like firm pillows and add a degree of support during pilates/stretching exercises. both balls in the set perform well and do their job.

Appear to be exactly what is required for a dvd I have, so pleased so far. I had no trouble inflating them and then wasn't sure if once inflated they could not deflated so I asked the question 'how do you deflate them' and I know that may have seemed a silly question but on YouTube it shows a woman trying to force the plug out with I darning needle!! (not one of 66Fit products) and I thought surely not. Then I wondered if once the ball was inflated and the plug inserted that was it and the construction of the ball/plug only allowed single use. I received two answers and I have now successfully removed the plug - without the darning needle!! and re-inflated.

Got for my wife & her Pilates work out she absolutely loves them so enough said.

They do exactly as they're meant to do. They do require pumping up again every so often. I guess that depends how often you use them. I forgot I had them until I saw they needed reviewing in my Amazon account! But from memory they are good, they were the right size I needed for my exercise programme, and my twins enjoyed playing with them too.

I only use the smaller of the two balls, but it has held up well. I go to 4 Pilates classes a week, and the ball is used in a variety of ways in each and every one of them. I've inflated it (you don't need the straw after the first, main inflation), deflated it and generally put it through much stress and punishment many times. Not only has it survived, it doesn't really even look like I've used it!

These balls are amazing. I had a knee orif surgery and I’m now getting help with physio I spoke with my physio about these balls and they are truly helping me with doing the knee flexion and knee extension exercises. I shall look forward to using these for different workouts when I’m able to.They come with a straw which I couldn’t use just glad I have a pump

Usually good balls, I had kept one back but recently decided to inflate the extra one however there is no extra stopper in the box, unable to inflate the ball which renders the ball useless.. this is super annoyingTip: When you receive the ball make sure you have all the required pieces.

Had high expectations of these as we use exact same products in our weekly Pilates class to great effect. However, am finding it very hard to inflate the balls and get the stoppers in, and they also don't seem that airtight, so may well have to return. Disappointed.Update: faulty items replaced with Amazon's usual speedy service & happy to report that new set are leak free, and with practice have perfected the art of inflation. Very pleased now.
