Just what I needed to rebuild my old Malibu lights. All of the light fixtures were in great shape. They are made out metal unlike the lights that are available today.

First off let me say I was looking for some lamp holders to build some landscaping lights and everyone of these lamp holders are junk, they do not hold pins in at all you have to bend one back and the other the opposing way just to get it to hold its a joke. the ceramic is way way way to thin that if you used the pre molded holes for screws one small tighten and it just turns to dust and I mean even the slightest pressure. We ended up using some solid core 24awg wire to attach them to the bottoms of soda cans to use as a refractor oh and RTV for the other 2 lamps we made. there is better you can buy but you get what you pay for!

Only needed two. But now have 8 extra. I'm an MSEE and quality is good. I'm using them in a fountain basin to replace 18 YEAR old wire. Plenty of lead length.

Work well, but the wires are fragile where they connect to the socket, one was pulled out when I received it, I didn't need all of them so I didn't go through the replacement process, but I pulled one out by accident on one of the others. All is ok when mounted, just be gentle.
