Are these shoes true to size

I usually wear a size 9-9.5. Since these are a Birkenstock style, that (rim/edge) that runs around the entire upper, takes up foot room. I sized up to a 10 for comfort. I have to do the same with my Birks.

How can you clean them?

Hand wash, and dry Whit the blower

Do they feel heavy when walking up stairs?

I don’t think so. Lightweight. Comfy. Not heavy in my opinion.
