Best family game
This game is great for the whole family and is so easy to learn and really tests the player that loses with the biggest hand as all the dots need to be counted, so keep a calculator to hand!. The tin box is very sturdy and well made as are the dominoes inside, very good quality and pretty colours on the dots to make each number easy to distinguish from each other. The little trains are very cute too. You can play from double twelve down to double one or vice versa. We tend to play with adult friends and it’s proved a real hit. It does take time so don’t expect a quick 1/2 hr game. We play double 12 down to double six, stop for supper and then carry on. If you’re looking for a present for a family then this is the one!!

Brilliant game. Good quality tiles.
Love this game and the numbers rather than dots makes it easier for some of our older players who were struggling. Shame that the 6 and 9 are so close in colour though.

What a game...!
The instructions are not as clear as they could be but if you are a family that enjoys board games, you will love this. It uses the concept of dominoes that we all know from the pub or our grandparents, but throws in a different layout, some new rules and enough for 8 players at a time. You do need space to play but it's great fun - encourages lots of chatter - but is not difficult. As long as the kids can count they can play.

Fun for all ages
Bought this because I needed a game across different ages. Hubby had to watch a couple of YouTube's because instructions didn't seem great, but once you played it and then go back to instructions they make sense. My six year old grandson really took to it easily and won one game. I created my own score sheet in excel & hubby made stands from some old plastic coving to make it easy to see all your tiles and hide them from others.

An excellent evenings entertainment with not a screen in sight.
This game is great fun. We purchased it way before the lockdown, back in the days when we used to be able to have people around for things like dinner, drinks, just because and so on. After dinner, with eight of us (one of whom was American), we cracked open the game and set about learning it's rules. They are not complicated and like most games, you can always consult the rule book along the way (Monopoly and Scrabble players will understand this all too well, I fear). I won't give away too much of the plot line, suffice it to say, there isn't an actual 'train' involved and the only Mexicans are those that you might invite into your home, and some mental maths is required. I should clarify that a 'Mexican' isn't required to play this game. The afore mentioned American was able to enjoy the game with as much enthusiasm as his English companions. I consider this a bonus as it attests to the game's cross culture value. If there are more than 3 or 4 players, I would recommend this game highly and I look forward to the next time we're allowed people in the house, including American's, so that we can dust off the fantastically constructed cardboard box and once again, test our mental maths. If I manage to play this game again and we have a Mexican to hand, I may update this review.
