Does thsi remove black scuff marks from painted white walls?

It does, be careful not to rub too hard though as it will remove paint too. I find the easiest way is to combine the wet sponge with a dry cloth and have removed many stains from my white walls: mud, dirty doggy rub marks and scuffs. Occasionally there are marks I can't remove, but overall this is a fantastic product. Good luck!

Is this any good for cleaning grouting between bathroom wall tiles?

Can you use on matt kitchen cupboard doors?

Mine are glossy but can’t see why not. Maybe just try on the inside of the door first. Hope that helps.

Is there a brand of magic eraser that doesn't break off into chunks?

I cut the large block into small blocks Which makes it easier to use and they last quite a long time.
