I couldn't believe how simple and affordable this process was.I would recommend this product.The amount of detail that was given about what foods my body have no reaction to and what foods to be aware of that cause me inflammation.Lists of metals present in your body,gut health etc.I think mine checked 1000 items and you can have other tests done your hair sample you send in right on the website its amazing once you get your personal report back I was able to look up on their website each category and get more detailed information on my sample and details on what they recommend ,just brilliant!!!!

I sent it over and it came back really fast!I was surprised by the results as I was dairy and gluten free for a long time but still had some stomach issues and now it say I actually can eat those foods (except white flour so still kinda Gluten free depending on the food lol)But dairy! Been avoiding often and it’s good!I also had it come up with higher intolerance to oat milk which I had been only drinking!!! Crazy how we think some things could be a cause of inflammatory issues so we go to another thing that actually causes more inflammation lol.But overall good test! Did wish I got a little bit more info and testing info on the Yeast and Fungi sector because I’m not sure what to do now to help with a high score on that but I guess I’ll do some discussing with my doctor and figure out a plan.

I bought this test in hopes of finding an answer to what my allergies were. My lifestyle changes daily and with each new day, I find my body being affected negatively. I know specifically, that I have several allergies to food. Once I sent out my hair follicles, I got the results back within a week and then was able to make changes to my diet and lifestyle. Now that I have a definite answer on what foods make me more bloated or break out, I am able to eliminate them from my diet. Since then, my body has more energy and little to almost no pain. There were allergies on the test that I had no idea were causing me pain or flare-ups. I am going to wait till my children are a little bit older to do the test on them as well.

This test was easy to do and the results came quickly. In an effort to understand the charted results, I consulted a nutritionist who said food sensitivity is not accurately measured via hair samples; blood sample is a must. Therefore, I cannot recommend the test.

My doctors didn't believe me when I told them certain foods make me swell and cause pain. To appease me they tested me for environmental allergies and SOME foods. Allergies are different from intolerances. This test explains everything in such detail, it pains me that doctors won't. I checked out a few companies before settling on this one. There are a few that won't test in my state. When registering my kit I purchased the extra test for chemicals, household items & hormones (?). I'm so glad I did! Honestly, I took the results with a grain of salt, but I removed everything I tested in the red for. Now the doctors can figure out where my pain is coming from because it's no longer the food I eat!If you're on the fence, I HIGHLY recommend this kit. You may just get the answers you've been looking for.I will test again after 4 months of being "clean" from the foods & chemicals that cause inflammation.Oh and...super fast shipping and I got my results within a week (ish) of sending my kit in.

I was never confident the sensitivity I had to certain foods. Taking the test helped me understand what types of foods I should avoid and put me on a better path of eating healthier.

Wow! Amazing! I just got my results in yesterday & after being very upset for hours about what I can’t eat, I am realizing that I will now know what to avoid! It showed various metals & fungi in my body & vitamins that I am low in. But, the food intolerances: wow! I’ve said some of these for years! No one has ever believed me. Now this answers so many questions why I am sick for days after eating certain things. I pray now that I can stop these bad foods & maybe my gut health will straighten out so I can travel again & feel better! (It was hard finding the code. Read others on here.
