I am not a fan of the bumble bee jalapeno....is the tuna in this starkist jalapeno as sweet as that other brand?

I know exactly what you mean. Bumble bee was too mushy and too sweet for me. I prefer this brand. Sriracha is my favorite, and this is my 2nd.

Is the packaging subtle, or will all of my neighbors know what I bought?

It comes in a cardboard box or a white shipping envelope, depends on how much you bought. No they will not know unless you open it up in front of them to show them your good taste. By the way, I loved it

What are the chances of catching parasites from eating these products?

I habe no idea of parasites are readily available in these products. I have b purchased several cases of these tuna product. We have been snacking and sometime using them to supplement our main meal. As of yet we have not experienced any adverse effexts. Like all purchased food products. You must rely on the company's reputation and public revue. Good eating and be safe.
