Excellent product
Very easy to use, efficient and not messy either. I wish I’d found it years ago, might have saved my printer!

First off I would just like to say that this product worked
First off I would just like to say that this product worked..I had a not to old Epson printer which would not print in Black, even after using the printers built in maintenance programs, so thought I would give this product a go to save having to buying a new printer.Based upon my experience I would recommend that you follow the steps provided in the instructions carefully and leave the solution to work for at least an hour before you attempt refit the ink cartridge(s) and test, because every time you do this the printer goes through an ink recharging cycle which along with any subsequent cleaning cycles can use up a lot of ink.Would have given 5 Stars but from my experience the 500ml kit which advertises '100-250 cleans per kit' doesn't come with enough blotting paper to do anywhere near this amount of cleans. My observations are that the 'ink wastage' and hassle could be avoided by checking the blotting paper and if clear of the colour that was being cleaned, only then reassemble and re-charge. Additionally the blotting paper could be more absorbant - and you will need more for prolonged cleaning. The only other thing is that the suggestion of putting the opened cartridge in damp paper to avoid drying out didn't work overnight - best to seal with a couple strips of selotape \ wrap in cling film.In summary it did what I needed it to do (the ink loss and the product was still considerable cheaper than a new printer), but a few tweaks to the instructions to include the above comments would have helped.

Simple, effective print head cleaning
Dried-out print heads are a perennial issue with inkjet printers, especially if they're not regularly used. The printer's deep clean cycles seem a good way of flushing expensive ink into the collector tank with little cleaning effect on the print head. This kit got my gummed-up Canon MG7752 up and running again in about half an hour at a third of the price of a new print head, with a lot of cleaning fluid left in the bottle for future cleaning cycles. I've used a similar kit on an old Epson printer which was much more of a faff (I recall having to pretty much jam the printer open while I inserted cleaner-soaked blotting paper under the print head), but the Canon print heads are easily removed for cleaning.I've seen videos of people taking garden hoses (!) to their clogged print heads to clean them, but given they have sensitive electronics and connectors that seems pretty risky - this is a much more measured way of cleaning a print head.

Print head cleaning kit.
Found this kit really easy to use, instructions are clear and if you follow them closely you really can't go wrong, a good tip is to clean all the heads at the same time even if it is only the black that is not printing like mine was, i would recommend this kit as a cheap and easy solution to clean your printer heads without damaging them and having to pay for expensive replacements or even a new printer, since i cleaned mine it works like it did when it was new, great product at a great price.

expensive and did not clean them all
This is actually a great kit but is expensive for what it is. I used all the solution and still had one of the nozzles blocked so it did not solve my problem.

Easy to use and effective print head cleaning
This is a simple but effective kit to use and I managed to clean and cure blocked print head problems with my Canon printer.Instructions are clear and there are good videos available via the suppliers website. Worth at watch before doing for first time. The whole process is a bit messy so make sure you protect your work surface properly as the ink/fluid soaks through fabric/paper towels very quickly and could stain.I ordered a 500ml bottle so I could use it again in the future but as it only came with one pair of gloves I'll need more of them next time.

Didn't work.
This product was used to clean the print head of an Epson Stylus SX600FW.... Without success. I followed the instruction carefully, even as far as the 'Overnight Method'; in the end, I could not get any of the ink cartridges to print. This proved to be a rather expensive venture, given that I managed to exhaust almost two sets of ink cartridges after running the printers inbuilt head cleaning procedure a number of times. It would have been cheaper to buy a new printer!!!!
