I often have some sour cream around, getting old. BTW, turn the container upside down in frig and it will last way past expiration date. And it's hard to have chips and dips at the same amount. So being able to whip up good onion dip without a much of chemicals when I need some so nice and so easy.

Kinders spices are exceptional blends, all. This one works out much better than the 1oz soup packs offered by competitors and enhance the ability to modify flavor profiles for any recipe requiring Onion Soup Mix. It also makes for small batch dip mixes and versatility in snack preparation. The only problem with getting this product is that the purchasers of America's grocery outlets have deemed themselves the authority of what we want of need on our shelves. They gravitate towards the items that sell the best and do not bother with things that move more slowly. This is the natural expectation of capitalism. Unfortunately this spice did not sell as well as expected by the buyers and so we are relegated to online ording. Thank you for making this product available and I will be ordering more in the future.

We mix this with sour cream and it makes the best onion dip...we love to use it with chips or to dip veggies in. So good!

I love the seasoning mix, that's not why it only got 1 star. This purchase got 1 star because I just got it on July 2, 2025 and the best by date on the bottom is 04/21/25 so it's already past the date. 🤦‍♀️

This seasoning mix is better than any french onion dip I've ever tried. This makes dip so good, you won't stop eating it!We have also added sauteed onions and it is even better. We've used this as a seasoning on baked chicken - also great!If you like french onion dip, get this!!
