Soya flour has become very difficult to source in the past year, but I really like it and find it a useful protein source as well as to make soya milk. This product seems of decent quality, but the Ziploc packet is stupid – as soon as you open it, the powder is all through the groove and it doesn't close so you have to use clips.

I bought this product after trying some kong garu Korean snacks and kinako Japanese snacks. I was hoping to find the same sweet nutty flavours and velvety textures but unfortunately this product is bland. It closer to a protein supplement thank to kinako.

I was drawn to this product after looking at the nutrition values (and that it's organic!). Such high amount of protein and low carb! Usually other soya flours have a much higher carb content: about 25-30% but this is only 3% carbohydrates.I recently used this to make extremely-healthy savoury pancakes: 60% this soya flour, 30% coconut flour & 10% almond flour. a tablespoon of full-fat yogurt, a large egg, a dash of milk and paprika.... Let me tell you! This tasted just like a super-tasty normal savoury pancake. There wasn't even a faint taste of soya!!!I can imagine this being perfect for baking or even mixing in protein shakes, will use it just for that! Looking up recipes!! I'm very satisfied and will definitely repurchase in the future! Amazon...Please keep restocking the 500g and 1kg! :)
