Charisma Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Crete, 500 ml - COLD EXTRACTION

Excellent quality

Excellent quality and very nice smell.

I first tried this oil when I was in Crete last year while visiting Vassilakis Estate. After tasting it I instantly bought two small tins. After I finished the oil I've tried some other brands but none of them was quite like this one so I had to order it online. I totally recommend it.There's only one small issue with the order, the tin took quite some hits an every side while in transit. Fortunately it's not broken and the oil didn't drip from it. It could've been packed better.

Lovely flavour

We helped make olive oil last time we were in Crete. Learnt that the key judge of quality is the acidity rate. The lower the better. This is 0.4% which is excellent (extra virgin can be as high as 0.8%).
