There’s something about these that takes me back to when my dad used to work in a pharmacy and would give me these tablets all those years ago. They’re still as good as I remember, and I take one every morning - sometimes biting it like a chocolate bar, sometimes letting it dissolve in my mouth. Good energy boost and tastes nice.

These have been around for years and used to be recommended for women to take in their hospital bags when having a baby - back then you weren’t given food at all during labour so these kept your sugar levels up during a very tiring time, and that is still one of their best uses - to balance your sugar levels when you’re doing a lot of physical work. They’re a trusted brand and when my husband who has been a T2 diabetic for nearly 20 years was given new medication that on occasions sends his blood sugars too low these were my first thought to bring the levels back up quickly and easily. These will dissolve in your mouth quite quickly if you’re feeling very weak or you can crunch them up. He’s only had to use them twice but the effects are rapid. He now keeps packs dotted around the house. They’re good value and get him out of potentially dangerous situations without him having to get more stressed looking for sugary foods. The seller sent me completely the wrong product. I contacted the seller & they sorted out another package of Dextrose tablets to be sent. I can't fault them as they apologized within minutes of me contacting them. Within 2 days the correct item was delivered. All the dextrose tablets are in a years date unlike some other sellers on here that send out out of date products. Great product. Will definitely buy from them again!! Thank You

Have taken these for years and these were good value.

I have reactive hypoglycaemia and my blood sugar levels can drop suddenly. When I need to address the problem Dextrose tablets quickly restore my blood sugar level. Not easy to find locally so this is a good source.

Many type-1 diabetics like me depend on these convenient little cuboids of sugar for treating hypos. Easy to stash in safe places and in pockets for emergencies. They've kept me going for years now. That's all I ask for, though I'm grateful they also taste nice!
