As a man I never thought about exfoliation. Probably I didn't know what it meant anyway. In my older age however I suddenly find myself wanting to take better care of my skin. A bit late, but what the option? So I bought these given all the good reviews. I'll say this, after using these I must be exfoliated. They aren't harsh, not for me anyway but they are a scrubbing presence (but not for use on your face). The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the hand size. I can barely squeeze my fingers inside of these. But I make it work. Bottom line, if you want to feel what exfoliation is, get these. :)

Helps remove old dead skin

I read the reviews of it, saying it was too harsh, and I thought it would be good because it would get the job done, but I was wrong, it just irritates your skin and doesn’t remove anything

I have bought these before just a different brand and I loved them but, these ones do not work. Would not recommend at all. I threw them away.

The exfoliating scrubs were nice but to small my hand barely fit inside
